Q: I have plans on my computer and I need printed! How do I send them to you?

 

A: Simple! By using Spinnerdog, you can send large digital files to us quickly and easily. Under "Online Document Management" in the menu above, you will find a link that says "Upload Files using Spinnerdog". Click this, and follow the instructions as they appear. Please make sure to include detailed printing instructions with your order!

 

Q: Fetcher isn't loading, or the upload form hangs or freezes.

 

A: Fetcher requires a contemporary web browser to work properly, such as Mozilla Firefox. Fetcher may also need to install an ActiveX control in your browser depending on which Fetcher services you use. If so, make sure the security settings in your browser allow these controls to run.


Q: I requested documents to be e-mailed to me, but I didn't receive my e-mail!

 

A: Some e-mail clients will mark your Fetcher e-mails as spam and automatically move them into the spam folder. This is becase Fetcher is an automated e-mail system, and some e-mail clients mark automated e-mails as spam without discretion. Please check all your extra e-mail folders. If you do not see the e-mail in anywhere in your inbox, please contact us and we will resend your files using another method.

 

 

Q: I want to see a private project, but I don't have a login/password!

 

A: Our private projects are hosted online for our contractors. The contractor for a specific project has authority over user's access. If you need login information from a contractor that has approved your access, please contact him/her for the proper credentials.
